Hi Sally, I am very pleased you enjoy this video of Misty. She is a
complete Sweet Heart and brings us much joy. Take care

BeauHammer says:

Sally, Have you read the story about Cider, the English Setter? If not, I
am certain you would love it. You can read this story on The English Setter
Breed web page of my website Finding Beau (I’ve shown my website link above
because I cannot include this in a comment). I’ve read Cider’s story so
many times but I still cry every time I read it again.

Hi Skylar, All English Setters have spots. Unfortunately the English Setter
has become a rare breed and has been listed on the endangered species list
in the UK where the breed originated. The English Setter is an indoors dog
and requires a lot of coat maintenance. The boys tend to drool. If you
don’t mind slobber and hair all over your car and inside your home, this
breed is suitable for you. I have owned English Setters for 23 years. I
love each one of them very dearly.

Kathy Green says:

Misty looks like a LOT of FUN!! How old is she?

Sally Baker says:

I could watch this all day, thanks!

Skylar Keith says:

She is so gorgeousss!. I’m trying to find a spotted English Setter puppy
myself :)

Sally Baker says:

I allowed my setter Sasha to get struck by a car. I watch videos on
YouTube, cry and pretend I still have her. She is buried in a sacred place
in my yard.

BeauHammer says:

Hi Kathy, Thank you for your comment about Misty. Yes, she is full of love
and joy. Misty was 15 months when this video was taken. She certainly had a
lot of fun with this dog treat. She is the same with bugs and moths .. a
typical young English Setter.

Skylar Keith says:

Yeah I’ve noticed they’re hard to find…but thank you for the advice
anyways! They’re exactly what I’m looking for :)

Sally Baker says:

They love everyone (cats, kids, other dogs). Be prepared for a lot of
energy. Best tempered dog I’ve ever had. A real attention-getter.
